Our Sketch nib is a strong flexible nib designed for quick sketching with great line variation. This nib has the same size and general shape as the Zebra Manga G and Brause Rose nibs, so it fits into all of our pens that accept those nibs.
When we say "fountain pen nib", we mean a nib with an ink channel that is designed to transport ink from the breather hole in the nib to the tip of the nib. This contrasts with dip nibs, which transport ink over the surface of the nib to the tip.
The Sketch nib is not as fine as the Zebra Manga G, but it is smoother so you can move the Sketch nib freely in all directions. This lets you draw quickly and confidently. This contrasts most pointed dip nibs, including the Zebra Manga G nib, which can snag when you push the nib in the direction of the tip.
You have two choices of Sketch nib: pointed or stub. Be sure to make your selection below. The pointed is shipped by default. We suggest you select the pointed Sketch nib if you aren't familiar with stub nibs. Pointed Sketch nibs let you draw finer lines.
