Ackerman Pens EU will be back!

First, many thanks to everyone who bought pens from Ackerman Pens EU late last year. I spent the first half of 2025 setting up the operation, and I had great hopes that were being realized until new VAT rules were applied in January 2026. We had to shut down the site until we could satisfy those rules. If there are any customers who bought from that site and have unresolved issues, please contact support@ackermanpens.com for the time being. We will be back! We have applied for all the VAT licenses and surety bonds. We acquired local representation where we need it. All we're looking for now is the right fulfillment operation. Our presence in the EU will reduce the costs of our pens to EU customers and make it easier to return and exchange pens and parts.
