Many thanks to everyone who bought pens from Ackerman Pens EU last year. We have to pause that effort until we meet the new VAT requirements for several EU countries. If there are customers who bought from that site and have unresolved issues, please contact support@ackermanpens.com. We are still looking for proper fulfillment in Europe to reduce the costs of our pens to EU customers and make it easier to return and exchange pens and parts.
