We try to ship all orders within two business days of receipt. Customer pays the cost of shipping unless other arrangements are made beforehand. If an item is out of stock, we notify the customer. For domestic customers, we ask if they want to wait for a complete order or they will accept partial shipments. For international customers, we ask them to wait for a complete order, and we give them a time estimate. We stay in touch until the order is resolved.
If a customer wants to return a product they purchased, they pay for the cost of return shipping. If a customer receives the wrong product, we will pay for the cost of return shipping.
