Many thanks to everyone who bought pens from the Ackerman Pens EU website last year. We had to pause that effort until we meet the new VAT requirements for several EU countries. If there are customers who bought from that site and have unresolved issues, please contact support@ackermanpens.com. We now plan to sell our pens to EU customers using a separate business located in the EU. This will reduce the costs of shipping and make returns and replacements easier. We comply with all EU requirements to run an ecommerce business.
