Note: If you want to get the maximum performance from your crowquill nib, we recommend you use the Crowquill Pump Pen. The ink must flow through the small air hole in the crowquill nib, and thicker inks and paints might not flow fast enough without pumping.

You can remove the nib to clean or replace it. Just pull out the old nib and press on the new nib.
Make sure you line up the hole in the feed with the hole in the hawk quill as described in Adjusting the flow in your Ackerman quill pen.
